I adore T but I hate that shelves and is now unavailable on days she is not on hee office. Before of I was really struggling I could email her and on a couple of occasion she saw me on one her non office days. Now, not only is she not frequently available to email or free talk on the phone during the hard times she is only available on scheduled days
