Almost always one session a week. Occasional deviations.
Contact always by phone: service, personal, or office phone that only T answers.
Outside contact has always been pretty rare.
Call back within minutes to a few hours; depends upon the time I'd called.
Why? For any reason I felt necessary to call. I've never had a T restrict in any way my contact.
I've never had a T initiate contact.
