#Day 1
Work killed me today.
Breakfast: fat free milk with nofat cocoa and some stevia sweetener
Lunch: roasted pork steak
Afternoon: cookie (so much for starting dukan today -_- )
dinner: boiled eggs and yoghurt
My mood got messed up after eating the darn cookie. Instead of eatin more I made a collage to motivate me lose the weight I have to lose and begin some sort of exercise.
I'll try much harder tomorrow.
