I'm sure its been a week at least! Yahooooooooo! And yesterday....I went to the mall and bought me one of those rain thingys that look like rain is pouring down and with the gentle soothing music. I love it! I am going to try to use it to calm myself after work. One bad habit down... 2 to go..
