I have noticed that I am in better cardiovascular shape, can lift heavier, and overall feel better mentally. There might be some toning going on but I'm not paying much attention to the physical changes. Soon I will be buying a scale though, just to make sure I stay in the healthy range. Last time I weighed myself I was 132 lbs and 5'7, which is in the healthy range.
This morning I did the HIIT/Pilates workout from FitnessBlender that I enjoy, 40 minutes total with the warm up and cool down.
In the evening I did a lower body routine with weights from FitnessBlender, 35 minutes total including warm up and cool down. My legs should be nice and sore tomorrow.
