I just read another thread and realised it wasn't you it was he. I must apologize for my assumption.

I say confront him about it. Weigh out the pros and cons and make a decision sooner than later. I lived a miserable existence knowing about it for years when I realise now I should have acted upon the knowledge immediately.

What ever you decide to do it ought to be for yourself that you do it and not for anyone else.
