Sucks you had the same thing. It tends to wreak havoc with your Zen. Tbh self injury is high in my mind but I haven't done anything (yet). Yes it's something I struggle with occasionally 😑

Interestingly some of my colleagues think I'm overreacting taking him to HR but they don't know what he said about me being a nutjob is true 😂
