May I suggest you log down everything that happen. Date & time including people you speak to. Also time with HR and who you spoke with. Simply write everything down - everything. Also do not leave your journal in your office desk. Take with you at all times. My coworker left her notes at her only to find them missing.

Sorry to hear the terrible rotten boss has put you thru. Sounds like you may have a lawsuit against your boss. which is why you need to keep notes.
