YAY!!!! I so know how you feel! It took me years to cry in front of others, I always had to put up a "I'm tough" front.
Don't you feel much better? I'm thinking that therapist is helpful in feeling. Feeling all feelings, being real, so we don't hold them in, get sick, or turn to drugs, alcohol, or other drugs/unhealthy ways to cover them up...Also, is it hard for you to hear positive things about yourself?
*smiling* It did for me at first, and it takes time until you truly believe it, and it won't matter what anyone else says to hurt you with words...
