hey. yeah, my doc said that it is policy in australia to not prescribe the pill to women who are 35 or over if they smoke because the risk of stroke is too high. i guess i'll aim to quit smoking before then!

waxing only stings for a minute. like pulling a band aid off. not pleasant to be sure but nice to not have to worry about it again for a few weeks. i use these ones that you heat up by rubbing them between your hands. that way i don't have to worry about heating them too much in the microwave and scolding myself (which i did with my legs once).
