The only telltale sign of mania/hypomania that is not present is reduced hours of sleep. In past episodes I would only need 3-4 hours of sleep per night (as opposed to all other times when I need about 7-8 hours per night). That is not happening as of yet. Seroquel does kind of knock me out, so maybe it's canceling out.
Interesting. I'm glad you posted this. I'm currently taking 50mg. Seroquel and, although it does help me sleep, I feel very anxious and, at at times, hypomanic. Like my mind is flying. It had not occurred to me that the Seroquel could be causing it. I keep wondering what's wrong with me.
