i was just diagnosed on monday. i have been telling doctors for 2 years that this is what i have and until monday they didnt believe me and didnt pay any attention to all my tests and symptoms. and eating vegetarian is actually the opposite of what you want to do. higher insulin increases the production of testosterone which is the main cause of pcos. the increas of insulin is due, usually, to not enough protein and too many carbs. so eating vegetarian is not what you want. i have to switch my diet to high protein, low carb and i have been vegetarian for about a decade.
