Kids are funny.

I'm 15, and to be honest, I don't exactly enjoy children. But for some reason, they seem to enjoy me... So even though I don't approach them, I know exactly how it is to relate to kids. It's actually quite fun!

My dad's friend has four kids. Two boys, two girls. The youngest is preschool-age, the oldest is in seventh grade. When they came over, I felt a little overwhelmed. I felt like I had multiple personality disorder or something, trying to talk to them all! "What's your favorite Pokemon?" "I love riding horses." "This is one of the best cars in the game." "Purple is my favorite color."

Yeah, it was overwhelming, but I truly had fun because despite some age differences, we had similar interests! No shame in that!
