I have had blood tests also. I don't know exactly what they look for, but I assumed back then that everything was normal or I think my doctor would have told me. Doctors who are "integrative" or go by other terms like "nutritional psychiatry" seem to be more specific in their testing and perhaps pay attention to things that most doctors don't. This is a problem for me, because it gets hard to tell what is "quackery" and what is real. I have had debilitating panic and anxiety for over 5 years now though so I'm willing to look into alternatives, Typical antidepressants, anti-anxiety meds and anti-psychotics have not solved my problems. I'm now jobless living at my parents and I want my life back. Currently, I'm trying to get in touch with a certain doctor who does things over the telephone. We'll see how things go.
