ugh, i hate bras too. i am an odd shape so nothing fits and they are all so darn tight. i cut the sides to release the tightness. and i have to lengthen the straps. i bet you can get them custom-made. there are even bra-making classes (just google) and youtube videos but i don't like to sew. someone should come up with a custom bra-making kit. (like they have for mouthguards..)
