I recently was divorced and used my ex-wifes ins as primary and medicaid as secondary. When the divorce was final I couldn't use that ins. I had 2 drs appts and told them this when checking in no problems. I went to get a refill on my alprazolam they said they couldn't do a refill because my medicaid ins said they had to bill the other ins first. I called medicaid and they updated it. Still 2 days later no change. I ran out of my meds. The cost is$16.00 am I legally able to get my meds by paying for them myself?
