Not sure if told you but I have been officially approved for our new apartment. My fiance and I went and signed the lease last week. I hadn't even SEEN the apartment until after I signed the lease. It's 250 sq.ft. larger than the one we're in now and is WAY nicer!!! There's even a balcony. There are 2 bathrooms and the master bath has 2 sinks. Washer and dryer in the unit and really nice granite countertops in the kitchen. It's all gated and very secure. Now that I've seen it I'm even MORE excited to move!!! It's pretty reasonable for 2 bedrooms with utilities and a garage at $930 a month!
