I think it's important to have a routine and both short term and long term goals, it gives you something to look forward to.
My short term goals are to continue showing up to my shifts, exercising regularly and trying to read more often. My long term goal is to go back to college in about a year and a half to finish my degree.
Perhaps compiling a list of short term and long term goals that interest you, as well as keeping a daily routine, would help you feel less lost in life.
