Today I got 13.4k steps total during work.
I also began a 5 day challenge from FitnessBlender, and did Day #1 which was a mixture of HIIT and lower body strength training with weights. 48 minutes total, and it was challenging for me even though I did mostly "low impact" options during the HIIT portion. Looking forward to Day #2, anyone can feel free to join in anytime!
