Does 20 (or 25) mg of Zyprexa help? Have you ever tried it?
In my experience (with "clients" as well), antipsychotics always work, for all such problems, however small (in comparison to full psychosis), but you only know whether it's enough after you've tried another/a dose increase.
It's impossible to know what is psychotic and what is not, so it's unlike a mood stabiliser, say; you only know what's not real or an issue with hindsight.

Our memories are more or less split in two by abstractions, conceptual reductions. Mood states with memories, concepts, attached. Memories of pain and those of joy. It causes instability, changeability. Fearing that will leave an emptiness between pain and joy and a greater divide.
