i used to be very hardcore vegan - didnt eat anything that came from an animal. i have started eating meat again and eat a lot of eggs. but all that has a lot of cholesterol and causes other health problems. I do crave carbs a lot and find it hard to eat things without carbs.

I like tofu but the problem is that unless its cooked in something with a lot of flavor, it has hardly any flavor of its own. so usually when i eat tofu its in chinese food. this guy i used to work with would make me authentic chinese food every sunday morning with tofu in it. i got spoiled and now restaurant food doesnt taste as good lol

i would cook all that but we just dont have the money. it adds up over time. 4 bucks for a gallon of regular milk or 5 bucks for a 1/2 gallon of soy milk. hopefully these synthetic hormones that my doctor prescribed me will do the trick. Its not bad enough that my hormones are off the charts, but its enough that its noticeable.

lately, since i started school and have been walking around campus, i have lost about 15 lbs and have felt healthier. since ive started losing weight i notice that my pcos symptoms have decreased. im taking it one step at a time. ive also quit smoking which obviously has more than just that side effect.
