Many people long for friendships and it is usually around the holidays when excitement and socializing builds that we
often feel unworthy and rejected by others. But deep down
everybody hurts and reaching out and confiding about one's pain affirms us that we are not so different. Some
people simply hide their hurt easier. I hope you perservere
and discuss with your Therapist or doctor ways of meeting new people. As for you having no friends, I disagree after I read the kind, caring posts here. The great Groucho Marx
once said "I'd never join a club that would have someone like me as a member." And he was famous so you see that
we all have our hangups and insecurities but dealing with them is our only respite. Please realize you are not alone
