visualisation - keep a calming image in your head, preferably your fave place etc and is the sun shining?
have something in your pocket, like a bracelet, you can reach in and fiddle with it and focus on how it feels
long slow deep breaths and moderately slow controlled speech, really think about what your saying as you say it
music, you can have one ear bud in, listen to calming music and still follow conversations
those are the ones I use, hope you get some better answers.
