I think the world has gone crazy! Common sense has gone out the window entirely. The person that is guilty of these crimes did not happen overnight! The schools continue to overlook these things because they have no idea what to do about it! It starts in elementary school and once these troubled kids learn that there's nothing that the school can really do about it, it just escalates, the more they get away with the worse they're going to be. Parents don't know or don't care, police and school officials can't do anything until something tragic happens.

I grieve for the victim and his family, but also for the perpetrator. Although not for the perp's family, the boy had to learn that hate and violence somewhere. What is it that can turn a CHILD into a killer? This cycle just makes my heart ache, there is no end in sight, and no solution that I can see.
