Has anyone else been in this situation?

I am also struggling with this. I've only just scratched the surface with my therapist about my childhood trauma, I've been working with her for an ongoing crisis situation with my daughter. First, until that situation has worked itself out, I don't see myself as being able to work on myself, and then second, I wonder if once the crisis situation has worked itself out, will I even want to take it further?
