I've been eating to numb my feelings, cold feelings of loss.. Eating makes me feel warm inside - cared for.. Even when it's anything but!
Sugar and fat are my go-to comforters.. Sometimes salt, too - sometimes if I don't have anything else on hand, everything will do - I'll overeat on vegetables if I have to!!
How on earth can I fix this..

What else would give me what I never had - LOVE for myself..???
