Im sorry to hear that. I also love food way too much, requiring high amounts of sugar and sweets everyday. I feel really good while i'm eating, but I feel horrible after it. Like she suggested above, have you tried exercising? I know it's really hard but once you start it slowly, your mood and anxiety improve. I still eat a lot, but exercising helps me balance that. Obviously professional help from therapists, nutritionists, and personal trainers are very important tools, but if its not available, a light run in the morning could help a little as a start.
