The member has re-started a community participation thread.

When I attempt to participate in the community-oriented thread, I get a message telling me I cannot respond to the thread because I am on the OP's "ignore list."

My points are:

1) We already have a "diet thread" where all have been welcomed.
2) It's unfair to re-start/start a community participation thread when blocking ANY member.
