Here's the real kicker:

if someone blocks YOU, they can post in YOUR threads, but you can't post in THEIRS. Have had it happen to me before. Can confirm.

Also, they can PM you, but you can't PM them. Can confirm also.

I wish the ignore feature was more like Facebook's, where you can't see them and they can't see you. That, to me, makes much more sense.

I don't bother with the ignore feature. Never used it. I'm sure people have their reasons for using it, though.
