Community participation threads would be best started by those who don't have anyone on ignore perhaps? I can see why this is an issue. I'm also being ignored and each time the person posts I'm reminded of it. I wish that when someone puts you on ignore, you wouldn't see their posts at all....that would be best I think. I hope some resolution is found that helps everyone. I can understand why some would choose to ignore a person and I don't mean to shame anyone who does but this thread is a prime example of what is broken about the whole thing. It would be best if we didn't see the posts of people we ignore and they can't see our posts either since they don't have a spirit of support towards the posts of people they choose to ignore. Perhaps this can be fixed.
