I'm doing a little better. The bad thoughts aren't as strong. I blocked my ex's emails and that helped. I had my P doc switch me to a new anti depressant/anxiety med, so I'm hoping that will start work over the next few weeks. Last night I went to my friends house and we had 6 people over and just played games and ate all night. It really helped. I've talked a lot to my best friend, my boy friend, my parents, and have been focusing a lot on my daughter and that seems to be helping as well.
I'm still taking life minute by minute, but I'm succeeding in each minute.
