I am sorry that you have the extra worry from your crashing before when you go beyond your ect treatments. Do you have extra anti anxiety meds to bring/take if you need them. Could you ask your pdoc for something to take in emergency. Mine gave me zyprexa if I needed it. I also asked her for a list of my meds in case I needed it.
