I'm not sure this is so much about motivation. I feel like giving up on trying to lose weight right now. I use the site My Fitness Pal to track my calories and exercise, and at the end of every day it tells you what you'll likely weigh in 5 weeks if every day were like that day. My days don't vary much, and it always says I should be down about 20 lbs in 5 weeks. Well, it's been several months and I'm not anywhere near that weight. I can't see an answer to this anymore.
