I just stopped my trazodone for sleep a few days ago. Sleep is over rated anyway.

Actually, because of another med change (adderall to straterra) and lifestyle changes (less caffeine, more exercise), I had reasons to think I may be able to sleep without medication. The first couple of nights were so-so, getting 5 hours of sleep each night spread across 7 hours with periods of being up and alert. Last night I got nearly the full 7, only waking once to pee and then right back to bed. Not only that, I was awakened by my alarm so I could have slept longer.
So down to 3. The lamictal and straterra are addressing things on a daily basis. I have no doubts about their places on the list. The latuda is to reduce the occurrence of episodes that are rare to begin with, so there is a little bit of taking it on faith that I need it and that it is working but I am willing to do that right now.
