I smoked for 30+ years & quit cold turkey three years ago. I smoked almost four cartons a month...which costs almost $200 where I live. After I'd saved enough money I bought an inexpensive new car with the payment of about $200 a month. If I start smoking again I can no longer afford the car. I don't know if some kind of financial incentive is possible for you, but smoking is hella expensive!
