I was experiencing nightmares when I first started Seroquel. Eventually, it became less and less, but I get weird sensations at night or early in the morning, such as paralysis in my arm or legs/my feet falling asleep. It freaks me out, but at least I don't have many nightmares anymore. Hopefully for you, it will go away or become less and less, as it did for me. Every now and then, I hear people chatting before I fall asleep on Seroquel, but that also mostly went away (every now and then it comes back). The higher the dose though, the worse the side effects will be, which is why now I'm on a moderate dose.

I think the benefits outweigh the bad effects for me, given that it's the only thing that gets me sleeping and brings down my manic states. I guess it's a matter of giving it time and deciding if it's worth staying on for the helpful aspects? (((hugs)))
