My T has said that she doesn't like saying no to me at times because she doesn't like letting me down or hurting my feelings. But even though she doesn't like doing it she still says no to certain things because as she explains it she is wanting to give me a healthy representation of a relationship and that includes boundaries. If she said yes to everything she would be setting me up for disappointment in my other relationships. So even though I don't like hearing her say no and it feels like she is being mean and punishing me, I get why she does it!
Maybe your T feels you need the extra sessions right now! I know it's scary but maybe try and ask why she finds it hard, it might open the door for a really great discussion and new insights
