I am trying to get ready to go to the funeral home for my brothers visitation. I have some very bad anxiety right now with having to be around my family. I took my anxiety med last night and this morning but its not helping me. I cant not go. Please please.. tell me its going to be ok. I need some encouraging words more than anything right now.
