My T some how just got me to agree to go to an IOP. Doesn't start for almost 2 weeks so I still have time to back out. I do the intake on the 31st. I am afraid they will do the intake and want to throw me inpatient. My T really wanted me to do PHP but we negotiated to IOP.

What is IOP like? Besides time commitment how is it different than PHP?
