Yes. They refer to it as 'Behavioral Health'. I hope that you do have a number with receptive staff on the other end. Our United HealthCare/Optum Behavioral Health also has a 'Behavioral Health' number however, they will now ONLY speak to members who are in imminent danger of killing themselves (this is Fact). In the past, when one called them 24/7/365 they would be available to talk to someone in distress yet not in imminent danger. They continue to advertise, on their website, that they are available 'For Any of Life's Challenges' which I've suggested that they change. It all falls upon deaf ears.
