for me, the circle, the mandala, takes on a 'magical' energy... its ritual involves higher conciousness and spiritual connection.. it doesnt have to be that way for all, and as Jung suggested, this path is not chosen for everyone, in fact, relatively few... he postulates that individuals do not choose this path of their own desire, but that it is 'chosen' for them...

true in my case.. i would have preferred a peaceful, unquestioning life...

still, i am thankful for this life ive been given...
