My biggest job struggle in the past has been attendance. In past jobs employers would be frustrated with me because I'd call in sick too often and not be reliable, which is understandable. I don't want that to happen with this job because it's a good fit for me and not nearly as stressful as the food industry. I've been at this job for almost 4 months and have only called in sick once, which is really good for me.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get through the rough days at work? I haven't even started my shift yet and I feel exhausted and defeated.

I use exercise (often times very intense ) to get through tough days in general. And it actually gives you energy. I've been on almost every type of medication there is, and when I was on benzos it completely masked things (which sometimes is good). But if you can get into exercise ie. Yoga, weightlifting, cardio, bodysculpting, biking, anything that builds the body, mind and soul, it could be what keeps you going..Benzos have their place but for me the mood increase from exercise is far better.
Take care ,
