I am also in a relationship and having a hard time w/ the whole sex w/ a man thing but I don't think there is any way to "clear the system" of these urges. I hope i don't upset anyone but I find that whole notion to be old fashion and also offensive! Personally if I belonged to a religion or any group for that matter where I felt ashamed of any aspect of my self be it sexual preference or not i would want to distance myself from those people and the stigmas they promote. Again I hope no one feels attacked or offended it just bums me out that people make each other feel like they are "unclean" and sinful.
