Me, too. My old pdoc had me on 30mg (the max dose). My new pdoc wants me down to 5 mg. I have shaking in my left hand due to the high dose I was on, & still get restless at times (though I don't know if it's solely due to the abilify). I've never been on cogentin, so can't help you there.
