As I just said, typically, the same people advertise for extras on a Facebook film production group that anybody can apply to for free, unless the ad links to a casting agency. Then you register and sometimes pay a fee to join. However, they may still want a bit of information or a demo reel. They usually ask people to appear as an extra in Facebook posts regardless of that other site they use. So this is why I generally do not offer money in advance, unless I really like the sound of the plot for a film and have that cash at my disposal. Because if you can get cast for nothing, why donate cash?
I never could stand people who block others on social media over such trivial stuff. I consider such a move to be weak and cowardly.

Yeah if the person is harassing or threatening you than block them. Blocking somebody for any other reason should be considered cyberbullying because getting blocked can be painful for some people.

The reason why they did what they did is meaningless, what matters is that those people are pathetic and the true "retards" and not you. I wouldn't associate with such vermin.
Thanks for this!
