So, I've been very angry, short fuse, snapping at everyone, etc. I have never in my life felt this way. I feel like it's worse than my MDD.
Anyway, I couldn't figure out wth was going on.
Accidently, I forgot to get more of my Vitamin B complex. After not taking it for the last 3-4 days, last night and today, the anger is almost completely gone!!!
Can too much vitamin B make you angry? Maybe my cocktail plus the B supplement is too much?
I hope maybe this helps someone, or maybe this is all in my head and it's a complete coincidence?
Anyone else have trouble with vit B? I take a multi, then a B supplement on top of that.
