I had akesesia from Abilify, took three days for the worst of it to be gone, but around 8 days for it to be completely out of my system. Had to go to the hospital for 6 days. The sad thing is that it worked almost immediately and perfectly for helping with my bipolar disorder. I might end up going on it again at a tiny dose of lamictal doesn't pan out.
