Not much has changed really. I managed to have a bit of a better day a few days ago but then the news broke about the Linkin Park singer and that seems to have hit me pretty hard.

I've been getting out for a short walk each day, although that seems to take a lot of arguing everytime before they give in and actually let me go.

Other than that there isn't really much going on. Fed up with being here, but my parents have just gone on holiday so they are unlikely to discharge me to go back to an empty house..
