I'm normally pretty short with them, if it I reply at all... but this guy is having my coworker nag me too, and now a third coworker is in the mix, the one who signed the bad long term contracts last time That third person wants to meet with the guy. Part of me would just like to dump it in her lap, but I am the one who has to provide support for whatever solution we go with.
