Yes, it is. I live in the country and even the night noises are bugging me. No med has ever taken this away; perhaps enough clozapine will. I don't remember if it did on a higher dose when I was first on it because I barely remember that time, just that I was so tired all the time. I will take the extra med soon, just waiting to get a little tired to help it work.
